Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Take care of the daily cash to order process in the market place
  • Support seller setting up Shop SKU, Campaign, price
  • Monitor the market place logistic performance and identify the customer needs
  • Handle customer complaints quickly, provide appropriate solutions
  • Be the 1st level support for seller and buyers for using the app and seller center
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Responsible for basic online marketing activities, including google ads and facebook ads
Job Qualifications
  • Excellent customer support experiences
  • Strong contact handling skills and active chatting
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • 3 year’s customer service experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word
  • Experience in automotive industry is a plus
  • Preferred experience in the automotive business or in Ecommerce business
