Position Name: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Take care of the daily cash to order process in the market place
- Support seller setting up Shop SKU, Campaign, price
- Monitor the market place logistic performance and identify the customer needs
- Handle customer complaints quickly, provide appropriate solutions
- Be the 1st level support for seller and buyers for using the app and seller center
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Responsible for basic online marketing activities, including google ads and facebook ads
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer support experiences
- Strong contact handling skills and active chatting
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- 3 year’s customer service experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word
- Experience in automotive industry is a plus
- Preferred experience in the automotive business or in Ecommerce business
